As we continue to expand our business operations, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to elevate our global marketing strategy and drive meaningful growth.

🎯 What You’ll Do
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads...).
• Collaborate with creatives and content teams to A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging.
• Analyze performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CAC, etc.) using tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Monitor and improve lead funnel performance across platforms.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports and strategic suggestions to improve ROI.
• Stay updated on platform policies and new digital trends.
• Identify growth opportunities in European and global markets.

✅ What We’re Looking For
• 2–4 years of experience running performance marketing campaigns, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or digital products.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads and Google Ads is a must. Bonus if you’ve run ads in international markets.
• Solid analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with tracking tools (UTMs, pixels, Google Tag Manager) and attribution models.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Strong English reading & writing skills (you’ll work with English content and audiences).
